Our Neighbour Dispute Resolution Service is independent and totally confidential - it is not part of the council, police or any other authority. It has no legal powers.
Our mediators are specially trained and experienced, they will not take sides, will not tell you what to do, will not judge or blame anyone and will understand that you may be angry, upset, worried or frightened.
